W: Two Worlds spins with sweet romance and reversed thriller.

W: Two Worlds drama broadcast episode 7 where Oh Yeon Ju (played by Han Hyo Joo) saves her childhood love/hero Kang Chul (played by Lee Jong Suk). Kang Chul came back to live after been rescued by divers in the Han-river. In fact since she was a high school student, Yeon Ju was the one who created Kang Chul as her ideal type of man.

At the same time, Yeon Ju appeared back into the manhwa inside the prison so Kang Chul is safe again. Feeling like an object to play around with, he tells her off angrily to stay out of his life. Though she despises him for shooting her father, she knows she cannot throw away her feelings and love for him. He was rather taken back by her confession and decides to change the story line- get married! Hah! Kang Chul got Yeon Ju out from the prison by announcing to press that she is his wife. Yeon Ju gets the most romantic scenes with Kang Chul as he wanted to do everything he could such as reading a book with her on bed, embracing and kissing her as what newly wed couples would do.

His bodyguard Yoon Do came with a resignation letter from Soo Hee. Yoon Do tells a surprise incident that happened to him when he shook hands with Soo Hee, he suddenly saw her hand was transparent as if she was starting to fade off. He thinks he was hallucinating but it was not the case. Strange things are starting to take place in the webtoon world.

Later that night, it was an instant reversal. A phone call came where Kang Chul was asked a series of questions- "Where are you? Why did you die? You can't be dead" which instantly send a chill down his spine. The presence of an unidentified suspect is around. Who is this suspect coming back to threaten Kang Chul since he killed his entire family?

The mysterious gunman is somehow displeased to see Kang Chul has a new member in the family. Yeon Ju is now his wife and she will be his next target. Oh no!
This has certainly shocked Kang Chul that the killer is back.
