According to the Korean Film Council on 7th July, 'Kim Seon Dal' was the winner of the day as the film gathered only 747 screenings across 13 screens. It became a Box Office film No. 1 since the turnover was 1.022 billion won, 33.2% revenue share. Not bad for a start...
As pronounced in Korean as - 'Bong Yi- Kim Seon Dal' it is a story about a man who is genius and swindler in tricking others including selling the river! Yoo Seung Ho plays the main protagonist, veteran actor Jo Jae Hyun as the powerful businessman Sung Dae Ryeon. Also featuring veteran actors Go Chang Suk, Ra Mi Ran and EXO's Xiu Min.
Meanwhile Pixas Films animated movie featuring Finding Dory finds itself on third spot.
On 6th July, other films such as Goodbye Single was on number 2nd, Legend of Tarzan was on 4th position while The Hunt was on 5th spot.
