Press conference of 'Doctors 닥터스' drama.

On 15th June, there was a press conference on the upcoming new SBS drama 'Doctors 'taking over the prime slot from the sageuk drama 'Jackpot' which concluded this week.

'Doctors 닥터스'  is a medical drama on human life to begin when two people meet again while a doctor overcoming the wounds of the past.

Yoon Kyun Sang, Park Shin Hye and Kim Rae Won waves to the press conference
It has been a while since we last see Kim Rae Won in the small screen. He was featured in the sad drama 'Punch' a prosecutor battling with brain tumor. At the age of 35, he looked better than ever since he was starring in earlier dramas such as Rooftop Cat, My Love Patzzi, movie Little Bride and not long Gangnam Blues with Lee Min Ho. He is definitely a veteran in this coming drama compared to his co-stars.

Kim mentioned at the beginning he felt embarrassed after reading the script and wondered if he could play the role well. There will be many funny situations as well but he's definitely looking forward to it. It has been a while since he last took a bright happier character.

Park Shin Hye and Kim Rae Won all smiles
In Doctors, Kim plays the Professor Hong Ji Hong who has bright and warm personality which enables people to trust him. In the past, during his medical school as an intern he made a minor mistake that accidentally killed a patient, then he turned to become a high school biology teacher instead. However he realized that his true dream is to become a doctor and that's where he started coaching the rebellious bully student, Hye Jung played by Park Shin Hye to return to the hospital. Also starring in the drama is Yoon Kyun Sang.

Playing as a doctor can be emotional at times but there is a mind set to become one. It'd be a good experience to overcome this problem. Meanwhile on KBS station, they will be screening their new drama 'A Beautiful Mind'뷰티풀 마인드  at the same time. Beautiful Mind is starring by Jang Hyuk.
