Rookie actress Yoon Yeh Joo for Saimdang: The Herstory drama.

Last May when the drama Angry Mom was broadcasted on TV, rookie actress Yoon Yeh Joo's new face Jin Ee Gyeong will be starring as the child actress for the older role played by Oh Yeon Ah in the new drama Saimdang: The Herstory 사임당, 더 허스토리.

For those who remembered Yoon Yeh Joo was Park Hye Joo who is the loveable sister of doctor Park Dong Joo (played by Lee Sang Yoon) in the 2014 SBS drama Angel Eyes. 

With her big doey eyes and cute look, Hye Joo was definitely the love interest of fireman Teddy (played by Big Bang's Seungri).

In the recent drama Angry Mom, Yoon played as the suicidal student resulted from violence and bullying. She has gained lots of attention from her minor role.

Saimdang: The Herstory drama will be reinterpreting the works of Shin Saimdang. She was the mother of famous Korean Confucian scholar Yul Gok. Apart from having an intelligent son, she herself is an excellent female writer and artist in the Joseon dynasty. 

Shin Saimdang is currently featured in South Korea's KRW50,000 won bill note.
